"The Tide Rises, the Tide Falls"?

I think the meter is AA BB AAA CC AAAA DD, To me the A's are like the tide at first you start out with two but then you get three and then four. It represents the tide rising and falling because it will rise once then twice then three times and just keeps going. Also the b's c's and d's represent daily life, no matter what happens the tide keeps rising and fallin just as it has before. I hope this helps.
