When should my daughter start walking/talking?

Help set my wife's mind at ease. She thinks my daughter is having developmental problems. I think not. My daughter is 13 months. Crawls like a machine, walks while holding on to your hand but can do it unaided yet. Talking, she's still a "da da" or "ha da" sort of girl. No real "words" yet, just babble and yaya's. Is she going fine? Or should we be alarmed like my wife?
