How come every time I get a chest x-ray the radiation tech goes into fits and keeps blasting me again until?

this same guy shows up every time (sometimes dressed as a doctor, sometimes in a suit) and leads them out of the room babbling like lunatics? Then he gathers all the slides and tells me to get dressed and go.
