I need help making a funny acronym?

We need to make a funny acronym for an experiment. Our experiment is about lizards reacting to caffeine, so if anybody can think of an acronym that uses words that make up a good title, but when you take the first letters of each and put them together it makes a funny word. An example is from another experiment: A.N.U.S.: Antlered Nuclear Unaltered Steed. So we want it to be funny, thanks in advance
