Can they sue us on these conditions?

No worries, it really is a silly thing to sue for. Plus they couldn't even do it, because as parents its there responsibility to watch the 6yr old. And also, I have a trampoline and have had 6 people on it plus my 90lb dog and we are all ok. Haha:)
